A Little About Me

My name is Dylan Lackey and I am a third year MFA Stage Automation candidate. I’m originally from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I received my BFA from the University of Oklahoma in 2017. Before coming to UNCSA, I worked in various roles as a Technical Director, Shop Supervisor, and fabricator. These roles gave me the opportunity to gain practical experience in various building techniques and materials across multiple theatre genres, both in educational and professional entertainment. My time at UNCSA has allowed me to gain further knowledge and experience in all areas of my craft, and I am eager to put my skills to work.
